Terms of service.
Bookings: Bookings can be made online, phone or email and are subject to availability. Weekend sessions are recommended to be booked in advance.
Payments, re-scheduling and cancellations: All sessions must be paid in full upfront to secure your booking. Payments can be made via credit card, paypal. Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation. We understand that sometimes things change, and if you need to reschedule appointments this can be done once with at least 3 days notice at no charge. Any further changes, will be at a 20% re-booking fee. Any cancellations of sessions require at least 3 days notice. If cancellations is outside of this then a refund is not available
Retailer product availability: We cannot guarantee product availability, sizes or stock.
Service areas: Styling services can be provided all across Sydney, including Sydney CBD, Inner West Sydney, Western Sydney, South West Sydney, North Shore, North West Sydney, North East Sydney. For interstate or outside of these areas virtual styling sessions are available.
Gift vouchers: Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. All Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years, where a booking is not made within this period and your voucher expires, it is non-refundable.
Ownership: This website, www.yourstyledcollective.com.au and its content (“website”) is owned by JSBL PTY LTD trading as Your Styled Collective By Sonya ABN 92 136 586 493 (“Your Styled Collective”, “our” or “us”).
Acceptance: Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other terms, conditions, policies, warranties and disclaimers on this website (the “Terms of Conditions”). By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the website immediately.
